CellSonic has been saving lives for many years by curing chronic disease, something that biochemists cannot do. It is now evident that Cell Sonic’s improvement on lives goes further, it makes people biologically younger. This article examines two cases in detail. The ladies are both 59 years old and live on opposite sides of the world.

Ubiquitination of secretory granules promotes their crinophagic degradation in Drosophila
Ubiquitination of secretory granules in Drosophila larval salivary glands is a critical molecular trigger for crinophagy, the lysosomal degradation of unreleased, or low‐quality granules. The E3 ubiquitin ligase Cnot4 is recruited to the surface of secretory granules to induce crinophagy.

PPARgamma Deficiency Counteracts Thymic Senescence
Thymic senescence contributes to increased incidence of infection, cancer and autoimmunity at senior ages. This process manifests as adipose involution. As with other adipose tissues, thymic adipose involution is also controlled by PPARgamma.

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Modulating the rejuvenation in a Al75Mg25 metallic glass by multiple recovery annealing treatment
Rejuvenation presents a promising way to improve the plasticity of metallic glasses. How modulating the degree of rejuvenation of metallic glasses remains a challenging issue. Here, based on the molecular dynamics simulation, we investigate the evolution
