Research on Resistive Switching Mechanism of SnO2/SnS2 Based Heterojunction Memory Devices
This study investigates the electrical properties of the SnO2/SnS2 heterojunction as the interlayer for resistive random access memory (RRAM). In this work, (NH4)4Sn2S6 is used as a source for the production of the heterojunction.

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Edible electronics needs integrated logic circuits for computation and control. This work presents a potentially edible printed chitosan‐gated transistor with a design optimized for integration in circuits. Its implementation in integrated logic gates and circuits operating at low voltage (0.7 V) is demonstrated, as well as the compatibility with an ...

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Places of resistance and memory: reside and resist
The text reflects upon three key axes: the need to consider memory and its physical and symbolic spaces as collective patrimony in our places of residence; the challenge of transmitting and giving new meaning to those spaces as places of resistance and as a patrimony that transforms current and contemporary values; and the most current willingness to ...

In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.
