Fluorometric determination of cholesterol using an oxidase-peroxidase-resorufin system
Microchemical Journal, 1989Abstract A fluorometric method for the enzymatic determination of cholesterol in serum was developed. It involves the use of resorufin and peroxidase for the measurement of hydrogen peroxide generated when cholesterol oxidase acts upon cholesterol.

Resorufin-labelled casein as a substrate for protease activity in beer
1993Abstract A simple and sensitive assay for yeast proteolytic activity has been developed using resorufin-labelled casein as a substrate. Pitching yeast propagated in a brewery produced high levels of extra-cellular protease activity in the wort at all stages throughout fermentation.
