The SlARF6A‐SlFBA3/SlSGR Module Regulates the Resistance of Tomatoes to Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato

The SlARF6A‐SlFBA3/SlSGR module plays an important role in the resistance response of tomato to Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato (Pst) DC3000. The transcription factor SlFBA3, which is targeted and activated by SlARF6A, antagonizes the negative regulatory factor SlSGR, thereby enhancing the resistance of tomato to Pst DC3000.
