A supramolecular nanocomplex based on phenolic‐modified silk sericin is developed to deliver antioxidant enzymes across the blood–brain barrier and escape lysosomal degradation. This dual‐barrier‐crossing system reduces neuroinflammation and improves cognitive performance in Alzheimer's disease mouse model, offering a promising strategy for protein ...

An architectural role of specific RNA–RNA interactions in oskar granules
AbstractRibonucleoprotein (RNP) granules are membraneless condensates that organize the intracellular space by compartmentalization of specific RNAs and proteins. Studies have shown that RNA tunes the phase behaviour of RNA-binding proteins, but the role of intermolecular RNA–RNA interactions in RNP granules in vivo remains less explored.

This study uses tyrosinase, which is highly expressed in melanoma, to drive porphyrins to polymerize and self‐assemble within tumor cells to form retented microstructures. This process induces immunogenic death and activates immune responses (M1 macrophages, dendritic cells, CD8+T cells), turning “cold” tumors into “hot” tumors.

Boosting Sensory Nerve‐to‐Bone Interactions Enhances Hedgehog Mediated Calvarial Bone Repair
Boosting sensory nerve activity via TrkA agonism strongly accelerates calvarial bone repair in adult mice. Furthermore, single‐cell RNA sequencing and neuron–bone interactome analyses identify these sensory neurons as a direct neural source of Hedgehog pathway ligands. Consequently, these ligands drive osteoblast differentiation of skeletal progenitors,

RNA granules act as egg timers [PDF]
![Figure][1] Granules of cyclin B mRNA (green) are distributed asymmetrically in the cytoplasm of an immature mouse oocyte. GV indicates the germinal vesicle/nucleus. Kotani et al. reveal how RNA granules control the timing of cyclin B translation during oocyte maturation.

NET‐DNA is enriched during early endometriotic lesion establishment and drives anoikis resistance by promoting an ANXA2–TMEM215–BiP axis. This pathway strengthens ER–mitochondria contacts, enhances PINK1/Parkin‐associated mitophagy, preserves mitochondrial homeostasis, and supports ectopic stromal cell survival, thereby facilitating lesion persistence ...
