Comparison of MALDI-TOF-MS and RP-HPLC as Rapid Screening Methods for Wheat Lines With Altered Gliadin Compositions

open access: yesFrontiers in Plant Science, 2020
The wheat gliadins are a complex group of flour proteins that can trigger celiac disease and serious food allergies. As a result, mutation breeding and biotechnology approaches are being used to develop new wheat lines with reduced immunogenic potential.

RP-HPLC Analysis and Antidiabetic Activity of

open access: yesNatural Product Communications, 2010
1,2,6,8-Tetrahydroxyxanthone (SR1) and 2,8-dihydroxy-1,6-dimethoxyxanthone (SR2) have been qualitatively and quantitatively determined in leaves and rhizomes of Swertia paniculata. The methanol extracts were analyzed on a C 18 column using MeOH and H 2 O

RP-HPLC Method for the Determination and Quantification of Artesunate

open access: yesJournal of Chromatographic Science, 2020
Abstract A simple, rapid and cost-effective reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC) method was developed for the quantification of artesunate. C18 Promosil (ODS, 150 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used as stationary phase to separate the drug.

Discovery of a Reversible Sub‐Picomolar Thrombin Inhibitor Using DCC

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
An ultrapotent yet fully reversible trivalent thrombin inhibitor discovered through screening a large dynamic combinatorial library (DCL) of 125 000 members of self‐assembled fragments. The innovative approach leverages size‐exclusion‐based affinity selection, coupled with MALDI‐TOF mass spectrometry readout, enabling the full workflow to be completed ...

Fusogenic RNA Nanomodules for Fusion‐Mediated and Multiplexed siRNA Delivery

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.
