Cytotoxic triterpenoid saponins from Clematis tangutica
Eight previously undescribed oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins, clematangoticosides A-H, together with eight known saponins, were isolated from the whole plants of Clematis tangutica (Maxim.) Korsh.

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Hydrophilic interaction chromatography for selective separation of isomeric saponins
A method based on a Click Xlon zwitterionic stationary phase was developed to separate isomeric saponins efficiently in hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) mode using methanol as a weak eluent. The retention times of a set of isomeric saponins,

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) exhibit a dual regulatory role in cancer biology. While moderate ROS levels promote tumorigenesis via DNA mutagenesis, excessive ROS accumulation induces cancer cell death through oxidative stress. Therefore, ROS homeostasis

PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines
Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.
