The common link between sleep apnea syndrome and osteoarthritis: a literature review
Patients with Osteoarthritis (OA) often also suffer from Sleep Apnea Syndrome (SAS), and many scholars have started to notice this link, although the relationship between the two is still unclear.

Patient‐specific induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) can be differentiated into alveolar type II cells (iAT2s), expanded as 3D alveolospheres, and grown at physiologically relevant air–liquid interface (ALI). This study shows for the first time the infectability of iAT2s by the influenza A virus (IAV) and proves their responsiveness to the well ...

The Coulomb exchange interaction is the driving force for quantum coherence in quantum Hall systems. We construct a microscopic Landau-site Hamiltonian for the exchange interaction in bilayer quantum Hall ferromagnets, which is characterized by the SU(4)

Here, we present a novel 3D cell patterning and culture platform. The “Floor‐Ceiling‐Chip” (FC‐Chip) consists of two opposing track‐etched membranes, creating a pseudo‐3D microenvironment for the cells in between. By providing the membranes with micropatterned cell‐adhesive islands of varying geometries and sizes, the FC‐Chip enables control over cell ...

The study presents an antibiotic‐free strategy using medical fabrics coated with supramolecular assemblies of polyarginine and hyaluronic acid. These coatings showed strong antimicrobial and anti‐biofilm activity in vitro and in vivo, achieving major bacterial load reductions, including against MRSA.

Porous 3D‐printed titanium implants are made bioactive by integration with a supramolecular peptide‐hyaluronic acid nanofibrillar scaffold, without the addition of exogenous cells or growth factors. Uniform filling of the implant architecture promotes vascularized, spatially homogeneous bone regeneration, significantly enhancing osteogenesis throughout

We present a photoresponsive platform that integrates SACs with halide perovskite supports, turning perovskite ion mobility, typically a stability concern, into a functional mechanism for light‐regulated self‐repair and reversible atomic reconfiguration. Adaptive metal‐support interactions are established through bandgap‐funnel engineering and the soft
