ISG15 Enhances the Activity of γ‐Glutamate Cysteine Ligase to Suppress Apoptosis in High Fat Diet‐Promoted Hepatocellular Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells under high‐fat environment constrain harmful reactive oxygen species (ROS) by enhancing glutathione synthesis though upregulating interferon stimulated gene 15 (ISG15). In this process, upregulated high mobility group A1 (HMGA1) enhances ISG15 transcription, upregulated ISG15 subsequently noncovalently binds with ...

Preparation and Insight of [010]‐Orientated BiVO4 Planar Photoanode via One‐Step Pyrolysis for Significantly Promoted Charge Separation and Water Oxidation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The BiVO4 photoanode with [010]‐orientated growth is first prepared by simple metal–organic decomposition, which strikingly exhibits by far superior bulk charge separation as well as water oxidation with respect to the randomly BiVO4, showing benchmarking photocurrent density and charge separation efficiency of 97.5% at 1.23 V versus.RHE.

Ruthenium Single‐Atom Nanozyme Driven Sonosensitizer with Oxygen Vacancies Enhances Electron–Hole Separation Efficacy and Remodels Tumor Microenvironment for Sonodynamic‐Amplified Ferroptosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An atomic‐level engineered ruthenium single‐atom nanozyme is fabricated that features sufficient oxygen vacancies and electron and hole separation efficiency, which enhances response to the sono‐suppressive tumor microenvironment and induces tumor ferroptosis.
