Aberrant DNMTs Promote TXNIP Upregulation and Ovarian Fibrosis in PCOS
In a rat model of DHEA/DHT‐induced PCOS and in granulosa cells (GCs), upregulated DNMT1, DNMT3A, and DNMT3B inhibit TXNIP degradation, leading to TXNIP accumulation, which drives ovarian fibrosis and tissue injury.
