GM‐CSF Promotes Neutrophil PD‐L1 Expression Through the VEGFR‐2/STAT6/CSF2 Signaling Axis in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

VEGFR‐2 signaling in OSCC activates Src–STAT6‐dependent CSF2 transcription, driving tumor‐derived GM‐CSF secretion. GM‐CSF programs neutrophils to express PD‐L1 through STAT5–mTOR/S6K signaling, suppressing cytotoxic CD8+ T cells. This pathway reveals a tumor–neutrophil immune checkpoint circuit that limits anti‐PD‐1 responsiveness in OSCC.

Repurposing a Small Molecule Plant Hormone as a Tunable ON‐Switch for CAR‐T Cell Immunotherapy

By engineering a receptor system integrating the plant auxin receptor AFB1 with its co‐receptor IAA7, we enable ligand‐dependent interactions triggered by the plant hormone auxins. This design allows rapid, reversible, and dose‐dependent T cell activation, resulting in potent cytotoxicity against B‐cell lymphoma in vitro and in vivo.

Modification‐Selective Inhibition of Succinate Dehydrogenase a Enables Tumor‐Restricted Mitochondrial Modulation

This work identifies acetylation‐dependent SDHA homeostasis as a determinant of tumor‐specific metabolic vulnerability. Guided by this mechanism, a modification‐selective inhibitor, ZPI‐3, selectively targets non‐acetylated SDHA, achieving tumor‐restricted SDH inhibition and effective bladder cancer control. Hybrid 1T‐MoS2‐based hydrogels are engineered through UV curing and 3D printing to achieve tunable electromechanical properties for wearable sensing. These soft architectures enhance mechanical stability and reproducible piezoresistive responses within the physiological pressure range.
