The aim of the study was to assess the sensory characteristics, especially the taste of fresh cheese with the addition of oregano. The oregano was added in the form of leachate and in the form of essences. From the methods of sensory analysis, the Time-Intensity method was selected and used for evaluation of taste of product.

Next‐generation proteomics improves lung cancer risk prediction

This is one of very few studies that used prediagnostic blood samples from participants of two large population‐based cohorts. We identified, evaluated, and validated an innovative protein marker model that outperformed an established risk prediction model and criteria employed by low‐dose computed tomography in lung cancer screening trials.
