Service Market Simulation Based on Service Dominant Logic

2016 IEEE International Conference on Agents (ICA), 2016
Service-dominant logic, called S-D logic, proposed a new thought oftheoretical foundation for service economy from a service centricviewpoint, but basic terms and their relationship are not representedin technical form. We first formalize S-D logic in a mathematical form.

Latent Theoretical Constructs of Service Dominant Logic

AHFE International, 2019
Purpose. The paper explores latent theoretical constructs of Service Dominant Logic (SDL). As pointed out by Leroy et al. (2013), there is a risk of premature black-boxization to consider closed the debate on SDL perspective (Vargo and Lusch, 2004; Vargo and Morgan, 2005, Vargo et al., 2006) in marketing and management theory.

The logical structure of the service-dominant logic of marketing

Marketing Theory, 2012
The Service-dominant (S-D) logic of marketing is currently comprised of ten foundational premises (FPs). The original statements of eight FPs have since been reworded and two additional FPs have been added. The proposers of S-D logic, Steven Vargo and Robert Lusch, have stated that S-D logic is neither complete nor owned by them: it is ‘Open Source’.

Towards an Ontological Foundation of Service Dominant Logic

2011
The development of service science requires an appropriate theoretical foundation; S-D logic has been proposed as a candidate. Nevertheless, the application of the principles of S-D logic in service science suffers from inconsistencies and misunderstanding.
