Moving forward with service dominant logic: Exploring the strategic orientations of a service-centred view of the firm [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Business Science and Applied Management, 2013
Service Dominant Logic (SDL) has been the subject of great conceptual debate over the past years. We are now clearly at a crossroad where application is required to cement its practical relevance to the organization and its performance.

CLRe: A Synergistic Dual‐Engine Framework for One‐Step Retrosynthesis Prediction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CLRe uses a contrastive difficulty score to order pretrained seq2seq fine‐tuning for retrosynthesis. Reaction embeddings define the ranking score, and a cumulative easy‐to‐hard schedule expands from the easiest subset to the full training set while earlier examples remain active.

A Conceptual Model of Service Exchange in Service-Dominant Logic [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
The service system is the basic abstraction of Service Science. This paper proposes the Resource-Service-System model as a conceptual model of service systems interacting in service exchanges, assuming a service-dominant logic economic worldview. The paper explains how the model was developed starting from the Resource-Event-Agent business model ...

Biochemically Constrained Multi‐Omics Integration Reveals Protein–Metabolite Dependencies Across Diseases

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ProMetNet introduces a biologically constrained deep learning framework for proteo‐metabolomic integration by embedding Reactome‐derived pathway topology into neural networks. It captures non‐linear molecular dependencies and pathway‐level metabolic reorganization, enabling interpretable discrimination.

Engineering Antibodies into Targeted Chimeras: From Recognition Modules to Programmable Degraders

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Antibody can be engineered into diverse lysosome‐targeting chimeras that convert target recognition into active degradation. By coupling antibody binding with recruited receptors, encoded domains, conjugated ligands, or nanoparticle scaffolds, these antibody‐associated targeted chimeras (AbTACs) platforms direct extracellular and membrane proteins ...

Investigations of the Evolved Molecular Basis for Terpenoid Biosynthesis in Marine Sponges

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Confirming and extending a previous observation in another Bubarida sponge, genomic and functional analyses of A. cavernosa reveal that sponges retain the mevalonate pathway and employ single α‐domain T1TSs and UbiA‐type TSs for terpenoid biosynthesis. The absence of T1TSs clustering with other biosynthetic genes tentatively suggests, based on limited ...

Uncoupling Type I Interferon Benefits From Inflammatory Toxicity: Transformer‐Prioritized Precision Agonists for Potent and Safer Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A Transformer‐based AI framework, DLINP, screens millions of compounds to identify Co68, a cobalt‐pincer organometallic complex that biases TLR4‐MD2 signaling toward antitumor interferon activation while suppressing inflammatory toxicity through an early TLR4‐SYK‐STAT1 axis.
