What's New? Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) incidence varies worldwide, suggesting that local environmental and dietary factors are influential. This study demonstrates that Biodentine XP exhibits superior cytocompatibility, promotes odontogenic differentiation, and enhances mineralization in human dental pulp stem cells, supporting its use in regenerative endodontics. Resin‐modified materials showed lower bioactivity, highlighting the importance of material composition in pulp therapy outcomes.
