Phosphoinositides and inositol phosphates as molecular glues
Inositol phosphates (IPs) and phosphoinositides (PIPs) regulate diverse eukaryotic processes. Beyond recruiting signaling proteins or acting as structural cofactors, recent studies suggest they mediate protein–protein interactions as natural molecular glues.

Tightly-Coupled Monocular Visual-Odometric SLAM Using Wheels and a MEMS Gyroscope
In this paper, we present a novel tightly coupled probabilistic monocular visual-odometric simultaneous localization and mapping (VOSLAM) algorithm using wheels and a MEMS gyroscope, which can provide accurate, robust, and long-term localization for ...

Towards Visual Localization, Mapping and Moving Objects Tracking by a Mobile Robot: a Geometric and Probabilistic Approach [PDF]
Dans cette thèse, nous résolvons le problème de reconstruire simultanément une représentation de la géométrie du monde, de la trajectoire de l'observateur, et de la trajectoire des objets mobiles, à l'aide de la vision. Nous divisons le problème en trois

α‐Synuclein aggregation landscape from phase separation to neurotoxic intermediates
Alpha‐synuclein aggregation in Parkinson's disease involves a complex landscape of transient intermediates, including oligomers, fibrils and liquid–liquid phase separation (LLPS). A view is emerging in which LLPS maturation into solid‐like condensates may contribute to the formation of neurotoxic species.

CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

SOF-SLAM: A Semantic Visual SLAM for Dynamic Environments
Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) plays an important role in the computer vision and robotics field. The traditional SLAM framework adopts a strong static world assumption for analysis convenience.

VorSLAM: A new solution to simultaneous localization and mapping [PDF]
This paper presents a new solution to the problem of simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM). Traditional extended Kalman filter (EKF) based SLAM (EKF-SLAM) algorithms describe unknown environments with simple geometric elements, such as points for ...
