From mice to humans—divergent strategies for intestinal homeostasis and regeneration

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Recent advances such as organoid genome editing, xenotransplantation, imaging, and whole‐genome sequencing have enabled direct studies of human intestinal stem cells (ISCs). These studies reveal species‐specific features, including slower ISC proliferation, distinct injury responses, slower somatic mutation accumulation in humans, and an inverse ...

Analysis of SET Reconvergence and Hardening in the Combinational Circuit Using a SAT-Based Method

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2018
The reconvergence-phenomenon is common in modern circuit design. It occurs when the signal reconvenes at a certain point through multiple sensitized paths. It affects the soft error estimation and hardening. It is complicated to analyze the reconvergence-

Phosphoinositides and inositol phosphates as molecular glues

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Inositol phosphates (IPs) and phosphoinositides (PIPs) regulate diverse eukaryotic processes. Beyond recruiting signaling proteins or acting as structural cofactors, recent studies suggest they mediate protein–protein interactions as natural molecular glues.

Three phosphatase families form a community: The phosphohydrolases that act upon inositol pyrophosphates

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

Improvement of single event transients effect for a novel AlGaN/GaN HEMT with enhanced breakdown voltage

open access: yesJournal of Science: Advanced Materials and Devices
A novel AlGaN/GaN HEMT is proposed to improve its single event transient (SET) effect and breakdown characteristics. The device features an AlGaN back barrier layer and a buried P-GaN island in the back barrier layer (BP-HEMT).

Analyzing Radiation-Induced Transient Errors on SRAM-Based FPGAs by Propagation of Broadening Effect

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
SRAM-based field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) are widely used in mission-critical applications, such as aerospace and avionics. Due to the increasing working frequency and technology scaling of ultra-nanometer technology, single event transients ...

Electrical characteristics analysis of a 314 mm2 double-sided spiral SDD for x-ray pulsar navigation

open access: yesMaterials Research Express, 2020
Pulsar navigation, to meet the physical needs of detecting pulsed x-ray contour, requires a large-area and high-energy resolution silicon drift detector (SDD).

ABL kinase‐dependent phosphorylation of SH proteins promotes their direct interaction with CRK family SH2 domains

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.
