Soft, Multi‐Wavelength Photoplethysmography Enables Reliable Neonatal Blood Pressure Monitoring Via Error Stratification

A soft hybrid multi‐wavelength PPG wearable acquires neonatal signals. Synchronized PPG and invasive ABP data are segmented into fixed windows. A 1D‐EfficientNet model predicts segment‐level SBP and DBP. Model performance is examined with retrospective subgroup analysis across acquisition conditions.

Heat Stress Promotes Fibroblast‐Derived WNT5A Secretion Through m6A Modification to Activate Melanogenesis

Heat stress promotes WNT5A secretion from fibroblasts via METTL3/YTHDC1‐dependent m6A methylation. Subsequently, WNT5A binds to FZD10 on melanocytes, activating β‐catenin‐driven melanogenesis. ABSTRACT As the impact of global warming continues to intensify, the effects of heat stress on the skin are becoming increasingly evident.

Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is a common form of hair loss with limited treatment options. Silencing of WNT5A signaling, which is widely known as the trigger of the ncWNT signaling pathway, happens in hair follicle stem cells from balding areas.
