Thoracoabdominal computed tomography with contrast enhancement on admission revealed diffusely enlarged bilateral adrenal glands with diffuse internal low‐attenuation areas. We report a case of abdominal pain and adrenal insufficiency due to AML‐induced adrenal infarction.
