Chemical Composition of Turkish Sour Cherry Juices (Turkish with English Abstract)
2015The chemical composition (totally 22 parameters) of 25 different Turkish sour cherry juices were evaluated and results were compared to the main literature on the basis of range values. Parameters such as relative density, brix, sorbitol, reduction free extract and glucose/fructose ratio were similar to the literature.

2015Bu araştırmada, depektinizasyon ve durultmanın vişne suyu kalitesine etkisi incelenmiştir. Sadece preslenmiş, depektinize edilmiş ve depektinizasyon ile birlikte durultulmuş vişne suları üzerinde bazı kalite kontrol analizleri yapılmıştır. Bu araştırma 1990 ve 1991 yıllarında hasat edilen vişnelerden elde edilen örneklerle yürütülmüştür.
