Fiber photometry revealed Ca2+ dynamics across multiple thalamic nuclei during nociceptive stimulation. Notably, all recorded thalamic nuclei were activated by nociceptive stimulation. Moreover, medial thalamic nuclei exhibited markedly stronger Ca2+ responses than lateral nuclei, suggesting a medial‐lateral difference in thalamic responses.
