The Asymmetric Self‐Replicative Alkylation of N‐Arylaldimines Using Organolithium Reagents
Chemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.Here, we report a new asymmetric autoinductive reaction; the addition of nBuLi to N‐arylaldimines to form chiral lithium amides. The reaction proceeds with full conversion and complete transfer of chirality, representing the first example of an asymmetric autoinductive reaction with organolithium reagents.

Self‐Complementary Dimers Based on Zwitterionic Halogen Bond Donors

After optimization of the structures by changing the Lewis base (LB) and the backbone, their dimerization was observed in gas phase, as well as, in solid state.

Chemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.Metal ion‐catalyzed Z→E isomerization of photoswitchable azobenzene glycomacrocycle: A new azobenzene‐based glycomacrocycle is capable of forming a 1:1 complex with divalent metal ions in both E‐ and Z‐isomers. Segmental Hair Analysis of Diphenhydramine and Cyclizine Following a Single Dose
Drug Testing and Analysis, EarlyView.A single oral dose of diphenhydramine and cyclizine can be quantified in human head hair for a minimum of 5 months and, in certain cases, for up to 1 year following intake. Among 12 study participants, the measured concentrations ranged from 0 to 610 pg/mg within 1 year post‐intake.

Drug Testing and Analysis, EarlyView.Eight metabolites for N‐pyrrolidino fluetonitazene were identified in vitro, three of which (M2, M6 and M8) were present in an authentic urine sample. M2 was the most abundant in vivo metabolite and is a common marker metabolite of nitazepyne‐type substances.
