Stigmasterol is a sterol compound found in various traditional Chinese medicines; however, its effects on glioma remain unclear. The present study aimed to investigate the effects of stigmasterol on the biological behaviors of glioblastoma (GBM) cells and to explore the underlying mechanisms.
