Scene-Graph ViT: End-to-End Open-Vocabulary Visual Relationship Detection [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
Visual relationship detection aims to identify objects and their relationships in images. Prior methods approach this task by adding separate relationship modules or decoders to existing object detection architectures. This separation increases complexity and hinders end-to-end training, which limits performance.

End-to-end Open-vocabulary Video Visual Relationship Detection using Multi-modal Prompting [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
Open-vocabulary video visual relationship detection aims to expand video visual relationship detection beyond annotated categories by detecting unseen relationships between both seen and unseen objects in videos. Existing methods usually use trajectory detectors trained on closed datasets to detect object trajectories, and then feed these trajectories ...

Calcium modulating ligand confers risk for Parkinson's disease and impacts lysosomes

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
Abstract Objective Several genetic loci known to confer risk for Parkinson's disease (PD) function in lysosomal pathways. We systematically screened common variants linked to PD risk by genome‐wide association studies (GWAS) for impact on cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) proteins reflecting lysosomal function.

Liraglutide for idiopathic intracranial hypertension: a real‐world propensity score‐matched study

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
Abstract Objective Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) is a neurological disorder predominantly affecting young women with obesity, characterized by elevated intracranial pressure. While current treatments include weight loss counseling, medical therapies, and surgical interventions, their limitations necessitate exploring novel therapeutic ...
