A Covalent Organic Framework With Staggered Topology for Mimetic Transmembrane Transport of Hydrated Ions

Inspired by biological ion channels, an AB‐staggered β‐ketoenamine‐linked COF enables rapid hydrated‐ion transport through a biomimetic dehydration‐compensation mechanism, where carbonyl‐rich convergent channels partially offset ion dehydration energy. A 3D‐printed interpenetrating Ti/Zn composite enables sustained Zn2+ release to regulate intracellular Ca2+ redistribution, preserve mitochondrial homeostasis, activate ERK/MAPK signaling, and promote M2 macrophage polarization, thereby enhancing osteoimmune‐mediated bone regeneration and peri‐implant osseointegration.

circZNF148 Drives Glucose Metabolism Reprogramming to Enhance Metastasis and Immune Evasion via HK1 Stabilization in Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

CircZNF148 stabilizes HK1 through deubiquitinase recruitment, thereby enhancing glycolysis and lactate production. Elevated lactate promotes PD‑L1 lactylation and membrane accumulation while suppressing CD8+ T‐cell cytotoxicity, collectively facilitating immune evasion and malignant progression in TNBC.

In Situ Construction of n‐Type SnOx Interlayer by Converting Surface Sn4+ for Efficient Tin Perovskite Solar Cells

An n‐type SnOx layer is constructed in situ on tin perovskite surfaces by converting surface‐enriched Sn4+ species through a one‐step SnCl2·2H2O treatment. This strategy enhances interfacial charge extraction and suppresses defect‐induced degradation, boosting the power conversion efficiency from 13.21% to 16.02% while maintaining negligible efficiency
