Aeroacoustic Characteristics of a Shrouded Helicopter Tail Rotor [PDF]

In order to reduce the aerodynamic noise emission from a shrouded tail rotor, an in-depth understanding of flow phenomena associated with the noise generation is necessary. For this purpose, a hybrid method combining unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes simulations with the Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings acoustic analogy is employed.

Kinesin‐Induced Buckling Reveals the Limits of Microtubule Self‐Repair

This study shows that kinesin‐driven buckling induces extensive microtubule lattice damage that often exceeds intrinsic self‐repair and leads to filament failure. While curvature, motor motility, and force individually cause limited damage, their combination overwhelms repair.

Albumin‐Bound STING Agonist Reprograms HSPCs to Antitumor Neutrophils Enhancing CD8+ T Cell Immunity

This study demonstrates that an albumin‐bound STING agonist (Nano ZSA‐51D) reprograms HSPCs to produce antitumor neutrophils with enhanced MHC I–mediated CD8+ T cell activation, thereby sensitizing tumors to α‐PD1 therapy. These findings highlight a strategy to target early hematopoiesis for shaping neutrophil fate and potentiating cancer immunotherapy.

Cell Cycle‐Specific Regulation of Centrosome Clustering Dynamics in Cancer Cells by the Multifunctional Kinesin HSET
