Cell therapies typically rely on cold‐chain logistics and cryopreservation, limiting access and compromising cell quality. Here, a dual‐chamber device separates an oxygen‐supplying chamber from a hyaluronic acid cargo chamber, sustaining oxygen delivery for over 70 h and enabling ambient‐temperature shipment.

Establishment of bidirectional communication behavior between natural and artificial cells. The first type of communication from natural dendritic cells to artificial polymeric cells was achieved via ATP release after cell lysis. The released ATP was taken up via gated UV‐controlled permeability increase of the polymeric membrane for performing ...

Schematic illustration of LNP‐MPG nuclei‐targeting delivery of HMW‐FGF2 promoting histone acetylation to regulate the fate of DPSCs and treat spinal cord injury. LNPs components include pHMW‐FGF2 plasmid, DSPC, Dlin‐MC3‐DMA, cholesterol, and PEG2000, and are modified with MPG to form HMW‐FGF2@LNP‐MPG (HLM). HLM nuclei‐targets DPSCs to deliver HMW‐FGF2,

The antidepressant-like effect of Mentha spicata essential oil in animal models of depression in male mice [PDF]
Background & Objective: Previous researches have revealed analgesic and sedative properties of Mentha spicata (MS). The aim of present study was to evaluate the antidepressant effects of MS essential oil in forced swim test (FST) and tail suspension test

Tail suspension test does not detect antidepressant-like properties of atypical antipsychotics
The purpose of this study was to investigate the potency of atypical antipsychotics (clozapine, olanzapine, amisulpride, quetiapine, aripiprazole, risperidone) to reduce immobility time and to increase the fighting power, and the number of fights in an automated version of the tail suspension test in C57BL/6J mice.
