ROS‐ATM‐CBP axis‐mediated PARP1 lactylation aggravates doxorubicin‐induced cardiotoxicity
ROS function as signalling molecules to promote CBP‐mediated PARP1 lactylation in an ATM dependent manner, which induces PARP1 PARylation and ultimate cell apoptosis. CBP and SIRT1 as specific lactyltransferase and delactylase of PARP1. Lactylation of PARP1 depends on the LDHA activity and lactate production.

ABSTRACT Cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are key drivers of tumor progression. This study examined how three‐dimensional (3D) culture, hypoxia, and cancer‐derived soluble factors influence the transformation of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) into inflammatory CAFs (iCAFs). hMSCs from bone marrow, placenta, and chorion were cultured in 2D, in

ABSTRACT Background Skeletal muscle dysfunction (SMD) is a common extrapulmonary complication of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Histone deacetylase 2 (HDAC2) is closely involved in the suppression of inflammatory transcription and is progressively reduced during COPD progression.

NID1‐rich sEVs released by HCC cells are internalized by recipient cells, where the C‐terminal region of NID1 binds to and stabilizes TGM3. This activates integrin‐FAK/Src/AKT and Hippo‐YAP/TAZ signalling, thereby promoting HCC proliferation, colony formation, migration, invasion, tumour growth, and lung metastasis.

Tumor Plasticity and Microenvironmental Crosstalk as Drivers of Metastasis and Therapy Resistance
The graphical abstract is a schematic illustration of the bidirectional crosstalk between tumor plasticity and the tumor microenvironment (TME) in driving metastasis and therapy resistance. Tumor‐intrinsic factors such as genetic mutations and epigenetic reprogramming enable dynamic transitions between epithelial, mesenchymal, and cancer stem cell ...
