The chemosensitivity of testicular germ cell tumors
Although rare cancers overall, testicular germ cell tumors (TGCTs) are the most common type of cancer in young males below 40 years of age. Both subtypes of TGCTs, i.e., seminomas and non-seminomas, are highly curable and the majority of even metastatic patients may expect to be cured.

Primary intratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma in pediatrics
Testicular sarcomas constitute only 1-2% of all testicular tumors and are mostly associated with germ cell tumor. Primary intratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma is rare and only 14 cases have been reported in the literature till date.

Effects of FSH on testicular mRNA transcript levels in the hypogonadal mouse [PDF]
Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) acts through the Sertoli cell to ensure normal testicular development and function. To identify transcriptional mechanisms through which FSH acts in the testis we have treated gonadotrophin-deficient hypogonadal (hpg ...

Burned-out testis tumor revealed by inguinal lymphadenopathy
Metastatic testicular germ cell tumors with complete involution of the primary site (i.e. burned-out tumor) are rare entities. In this study, we report a case of testicular germ cell tumor with inguinal lymph node metastasis.

Abstract Background It is well‐established that spermatogenesis, semen quality, and reproductive hormones are interlinked. It is, however, less well‐described how various specific testicular histopathologies are linked to reproductive hormones and semen quality.

BRD9 inhibition as potential treatment option for testicular germ cell tumors
Abstract Background Testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT) are the predominant tumor in younger males. Usually, 5‐year survival rates are quite high, but 15–20% of patients with metastatic non‐seminomas are resistant to standard cisplatin‐based therapy.
