A piezocatalytic strategy enables simultaneous wastewater purification and hydrogen generation by harnessing mechanical energy. Complementary piezo‐induced charges are selectively directed toward oxidation and reduction pathways, achieving efficient pollutant degradation and continuous H2 evolution.

Palmitoylation by ZDHHC18 blocks ORF3a K27‐linked ubiquitination mediated by TRIM16, thereby preventing its proteasomal degradation and strengthening viral pathogenesis. Targeting palmitoylation through a pharmacological inhibitor (2‐BP), a competitive inhibitory peptide (OPIP), or adenovirus‐mediated knockdown of ZDHHC18 expression presents a ...

Resistant Peanut Genotype Reprograms Rhizosphere Metabolism to Enhance Bacterial Wilt Suppression
The resistant peanut genotype selectively recruits beneficial bacteria, which coincides with the activation of salicylic acid (SA)‐dependent systemic acquired resistance (SAR) against Ralstonia solanacearum. Keystone rhizosphere metabolites are positively correlated with both beneficial microbiome assembly and SAR gene expression.

Tetracycline Gene Transfer in Staphylococcus xylosus in situ During Sausage Fermentation
The presence of determinants of resistance to antibiotics can constitute a possible safety hazard in coagulase-negative staphylococci (CNS), which are widely present in food of animal origin. Among CNS, S.

Tetracycline resistance in Chilean clinical isolates of Helicobacter pylori [PDF]
Objectives: Since high-level tetracycline resistance in Helicobacter pylori has been associated with a AGA926– 928!TTC substitution in the 16S rRNA genes rrnA/B, the aim of the study was to screen for tetracycline resistance in H.

An interfacial proton‐relay microenvironment at MoS2‐CuCl heterostructures enables selective O2 activation to 1O2 under neutral conditions. Electron‐deficient sulfur sites mediate proton transfer to Cu‐bound O2, accelerating *OOH hydrogenation while suppressing O─O bond cleavage, achieving stable, efficient pollutant removal.
