Is Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol Estrogenic? [PDF]
Evidence is presented which indicates the lack of effect of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol or cannabis resin on tritiated estradiol-17beta binding to uterine cytosol receptor. The cannabinoids which demasculinize when given in vivo had no estrogneic properties as assessed by receptor studies on 2 different rodent species.

Stiripentol use in Dravet syndrome patients in the USA: Results of a real‐world study
Abstract Objective Dravet syndrome (DS) is a severe developmental and epileptic encephalopathy with a high seizure burden and mortality risk. Stiripentol, one of the first DS‐specific therapies, received FDA approval in 2018 but its real‐world use and impact post‐approval in the USA remain insufficiently characterized.

Tetrahydrocannabinol and dopamine D1 receptor
Dopamine, a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator, is primarily released by dopaminergic neurons in the midbrain, particularly in the substantia nigra and the ventral tegmental area (VTA). Dopamine is known to have 5 receptors which are D1, D2, D3, D4 and D5, which are further categorized into 2 families: D1 family and D2 family.

Identification of candidate genes affecting Delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol biosynthesis in Cannabis sativa. [PDF]
RNA isolated from the glands of a Delta(9)-tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA)-producing strain of Cannabis sativa was used to generate a cDNA library containing over 100 000 expressed sequence tags (ESTs).

This study concluded that wider spray angles produce wall impingement and greater unburned hydrocarbons in methane‐diesel dual‐fuel engines, whereas 110° balances efficiency and emissions. ABSTRACT A diesel methane dual fuel engine appears as a potential means for lowering emissions while retaining useful thermal efficiency.
