Trace Element Analysis in Human Neuroblastoma Cell Spheroids Supplemented With ZnCl2 by Micro‐XRF
ABSTRACT Neuroblastoma, the most common extracranial solid tumor of childhood, is responsible for ~10% of pediatric cancer deaths and has high potential for metastasis. Metals are extremely important in biological processes, and changes in their levels have been correlated with the development of cancerous growth.

Kroenleinia grusonii and Echinocactus platyacanthus are native and endemic to Mexico, both have ecological and economic importance and are endangered species. The position in which seeds develop on the parental plant can have effects on physical and physiological characteristics. Seed position on parental plant of Kroenleinia spp. and Echinocactus spp.

Defining AV2‐1 as a novel pharmacological probe to target human and rodent TRPV2
Abstract Background and Purpose Transient receptor potential vanilloid 2 (TRPV2) is a non‐selective cation channel implicated in immune cell functions. However, progress in understanding TRPV2 has been limited by a lack of potent and selective pharmacological tools, particularly those targeting the human variant. We aimed to identify and characterise a

Network of VAMP714‐dependent interactions during salt stress. Summary Plant responses to salt stress include an altered root architecture mediated by ion imbalances, reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation, and altered hormonal responses. Auxin is implicated in these processes.

ABSTRACT N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) is the most prevalent methylation modification present in mRNAs, which has been confirmed to participate in many developmental and biological processes. However, the biological function and specific regulatory mechanism of m6A modification in relation to salt tolerance of potato remain obscure.

Tolerance to Phosphorus Deficiency Improves Seed Phytic Acid‐to‐Iron Molar Ratios in Common Bean
ABSTRACT Although significant advances have been achieved in the biofortification of common beans to overcome deficiencies in Zinc (Zn) and iron (Fe), the mechanisms involved remain poorly understood. We thus explored the relationships between phosphorus nutrition and Zn and Fe accumulation in four bean genotypes (Edar, Nizok, Colorado and Chimbolos ...

A 3D‐printed screening‐to‐reactor platform enabled rapid optimisation of ADH‐200 immobilisation using imidazolium‐based supported ionic liquid phases. High‐throughput evaluation in 96‐well plates identified methyl‐imidazolium formulations as the best‐performing supports, which were directly translated into honeycomb continuous‐flow reactors.
