This study identifies the transcription factor ETV1 as a key driver of CD4⁺ T cell‐mediated intestinal inflammation in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). ETV1 promotes CD4⁺ T cell activation, proliferation, and Th17 differentiation by activating the amino acid transporter SLC7A5, fueling metabolic reprogramming.

Notch2 Directs aTreg Cell Fate toward Immunoregulation or Inflammatory Pyroptosis
Schematic illustration showing that the Notch2 intracellular domain (NICD2) facilitates pyroptosis resistance in activated Tregs through the RREB1/Foxo1 signaling pathway. In addition, Notch2‐mediated pyroptosis resistance in activated Tregs promotes immunoregulatory capacity, thereby attenuating Th2‐driven inflammatory responses in allergic rhinitis ...

S1PR1 mediates Th17 cell migration from the thymus to the skin in health and disease
Th17 cells play crucial roles in host defense and the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases in the skin. While their differentiation mechanisms have been extensively studied, the origin of skin Th17 cells remains unclear.

Streptococcus anginosus extracellular vesicles (SA‐EVs) accumulate in gastric tissue, disrupt epithelial tight junctions, and induce gastritis characterized by neutrophil infiltration and elevated cytokines (TNF‐α, IL‐6, IL‐17A). Proteomics identifies TMPC and FBP62 as key SA‐EVs virulence factors; their genetic deletion attenuates inflammation ...

Impact of the gut microbiota-Th17 cell axis on inflammatory depression
Depression is a serious cognitive disorder that results in significant and pervasive deficits in social behavior. These deficits can be traced back to the intricate interplay between social, psychological, and biological factors. Inflammatory depression,

Th17 Cells Paradoxical Roles in Melanoma and Potential Application in Immunotherapy
The progressive infiltration of immune cells is associated with the progression of melanoma. Specifically, Th17 cells in melanoma microenvironment have both antitumor and protumor effects.

Th17 cells have crucial functions in host defense, and dysregulated Th17 responses mediate a variety of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. Th17 cells coexpress IL-22, and its receptor is expressed on epidermal keratinocytes. IL-17 and /or IL-22 induce the production of certain cytokines, chemokines and antimicrobial peptides by keratinocytes, and ...
