Assessment of Th17 lymphocytes and cytokine IL-17A in epithelial ovarian tumors
Oncology Reports, 2017 The present study was carried out to assess the percentage of T helper 17 (Th17) lymphocytes in blood and tissue and IL-17A serum concentrations in patients with epithelial ovarian tumors. Two isoforms, IL-17A and IL-17F, as well as IL-21 and IL-22, were simultaneously investigated.
