A FLUORIMETRIC ASSAY FOR MINUTE AMOUNTS OF SOME THIOHYDANTOINS
Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology, 1958 Abstract A fluorimetric assay sensitive to μg. quantities of certain thiohydantoins has been devised using dichloroquinone chloroimide as a fluorescence reagent. The nature of the buffer used is critical. Satisfactory results have been obtained for recoveries from urine, spinal fluid and plasma.
