Nature, 1955IN the course of some estimations of deoxyribo-nucleic acid by Schneider's method1, we observed incidentally that the hot trichloroacetic acid extraction of the tissue removed the collagen almost completely, judged by estimations of hydroxyproline on the hydrolysates of the solubilized and insoluble material.

Clinica Chimica Acta, 1961Abstract A method is described for the quantitative determination of polyvinylpyrrolidone in tissue extracts. It is possible to determine quantities of 0.5 mg of polyvinylpyrrolidone present in 1000 mg of tissue. The results are reasonably exact.

Experientia, 1975L'administration i.v. d'un extrait aqueux de tissu adipeux (ATE) a des rats intacts surrenalectomises provoque un etat de glycogenolyse hepatique suivi d'hypoglycemie. La glycogenolyse semble etre independante de l'epinephrine. L'hypoglycemie provoquee par l'ATE resulte en partie de la mobilisation acceleree des reserves de glycogene hepatique.
