TLR accessory molecules

Current Opinion in Immunology, 2008
Accessory molecules are required for microbial recognition by Toll-like receptor (TLR), subsequent signaling, and regulation of ensuing immune responses. Accessory molecules regulate TLRs on the cell surface (MD-2 and RP105), or in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) (Unc93B, PRAT4A, and gp96).

Expression of Toll-like Receptor TLR-2, TLR-3, TLR-4 and TLR-9 Is Increased in Placentas from Patients with Preeclampsia

Archives of Medical Research, 2011
Few studies have examined the presence of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) in term placentas from women with preeclampsia, such, have focused on TLR-4 and TLR-2 analysis. Whereas an increase in TLR-4 immunostaining has been observed in preeclampsia, it is even higher in placentas with chorioamnionitis compared with normal pregnancy.

Regulation of endosomal TLRs

Nature Reviews Immunology, 2019
Two papers by Gregory Barton and colleagues identify distinct UNC93B1-dependent mechanisms for regulation of the endosomal nucleic acid-sensing TLRs, TLR7 and TLR9.

Targeting TLRs and the inflammasome in systemic sclerosis

Pharmacology and Therapeutics, 2018
Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is an idiopathic autoimmune disease characterised by inflammation, vascular problems, cytokine dysregulation and ultimately fibrosis, which accounts for poor prognosis and eventual mortality.

[The role of TLR-2, TLR-3, TLR-4 genes polymorphism of grippe].

Georgian medical news, 2015
Distribution and prognostic value of Arg753Gln TLR-2, Leu412Рhe TLR-3, Asp299Gly TLR-4 genes polymorphism in case of grippe have been studied in the present article. The examination has comprised 112 patients with grippe including 63 cases with uncomplicated course and 49 cases with grippe-associated pneumonia. The population control group has included
