An autologous whole‐tumor‐cell vaccine (rWTC‐MBTA) is evaluated in murine CNS lymphoma. Subcutaneous vaccination activates dendritic cells, broadens T‐cell priming, and drives lymphocyte trafficking to brain tumors, producing durable tumor control. Longitudinal bioluminescence and adoptive‐transfer assays verify CNS engagement. Combination with anti‐PD‐

Improved Systemic Immunochemotherapy Employing an Oxaliplatin‐TLR7/8 Agonist Prodrug Strategy
A platinum(IV) prodrug is developed to systemically deliver the TLR7/8 agonist gardiquimod. Tumor‐targeting is mediated by an albumin‐binding maleimide, which limits premature complex activation. Ox‐Gardi‐Mal accumulates specifically in the tumor, where it activates the immune system.

ABSTRACT Accumulating evidence suggests that the intestinal microbiota participates in the progression of metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) through microbiota‐host interaction. However, the beneficial role of commensal mycobiota in MASLD progression remains poorly understood.

Interplay Between TLR4 and Gelatinases in Tumour Growth and Metastasis
The modulation of the tumour microenvironment represents a pivotal step in tumorigenesis and metastasis and results from direct and paracrine cellular interactions. The innate immune Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) controls immune and inflammatory signalling

Protein restriction (PR) slows Alzheimer's disease (AD) in mice, and other benefits of PR are due to decreased branched‐chain amino acids (BCAAs). We show that restricting any BCAA has benefits, with sex‐ and BCAA‐specific impacts on pathology, molecular signaling, and cognition.

Toll-like Receptor 4 Confers inflammatory response to Suilysin
Streptococcus suis serotype 2 (SS2) is an emerging human pathogen worldwide. A large outbreak emerged in the summer of 2005 in China. Serum samples from this outbreak revealed that main proinflammatory cytokines were significantly higher in patients with
