This work identifies M1 macrophage‐mediated inflammation as a key driver of BMSC senescence and bone microstructural deterioration at the enthesis. A tissue‐adhesive hydrogel delivering senomorphic small extracellular vesicles suppresses this inflammatory‐senescent cascade and enhances BMSC resilience by inhibiting the cGAS‐STING‐NF‐κB pathway.

Machine Learning Accelerates Crystallization for Structure Determination
Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction (SCXRD) is often constrained by the difficulty of obtaining suitable crystals. Here, a machine learning‐accelerated co‐crystal discovery workflow is established for a crystalline mate strategy that achieves over 95% prediction accuracy and experimentally delivers 114 co‐crystals from 120 candidates.

A Critical Exploration of the Total Flavonoid Content Assay for Honey
This study critically investigates the aluminium chloride–based colorimetric determination of the total flavonoid content (TFC) of honey. Following a comprehensive review of the recent literature reporting the use of the assay in the determination of TFC in honey, 10 honeys of different botanical origins were investigated using the colorimetric method ...

Foliar spraying of CS‐CDs can form a film on the leaves of Brassica rapa, effectively reducing the enrichment and absorption of PS in the leaves, while increasing the biomass and nutrient content of the plants. In addition, CS‐CDs can also enrich the interfoliar microbial community and activate the plant's own defense metabolic pathways.
