Total Ionizing Dose Tolerance of LoRa Wireless Devices

The response of several Long-range (LoRa) wireless devices to total ionizing dose has been assessed using $^{60}$Co gamma-rays. We found that the radiation tolerance of the different tested devices is comprised between 220 and 1600 Gy.
