Magnetically Guided Mechanoactive Mineralization Scaffolds for Enhanced Bone Regeneration
A 3D‐printed ‘rebar‐concrete’ inspired scaffold (PGS‐P@MGel) synergizes spontaneous biomineralization with magneto‐mechanical stimulation through PDA@Fe3O4‐embedded hydrogel. This dual biointerface activates Piezo1/β‐catenin/YAP mechanotransduction axis, enhancing BMSCs osteogenesis and angiogenesis simultaneously.

A Practice Model for Trabecular Meshwork Surgery [PDF]
Models for practicing ophthalmic surgery are a necessary part of all ophthalmic training. Herein, we describe a method for preparing human donor cadaveric eyes with direct visualization of the anterior chamber angle for practicing trabecular meshwork surgery. This model can be adapted for use with both fresh and formalin-fixed eyes. The use of formalin-

Intraocular pressure changes: an important determinant of the biocompatibility of intravitreous implants. [PDF]
In recent years, research efforts exploring the possibility of using biomaterial nanoparticles for intravitreous drug delivery has increased significantly. However, little is known about the effect of material properties on intravitreous tissue responses.

A) SLM generates biomimetic bone scaffolds with consistent porosity but varying TPMS‐Gyroid unit cell designs (TG15, TG20, TG25, TG30). B) By enhancing the expression of ITGB1, TPMS‐Gyroid scaffolds can facilitate osteogenic differentiation in BMSCs and promote M2 polarization in macrophages.

Glaucoma is an age-related neurodegenerative disease of retinal ganglion cells, and appropriate turnover of the extracellular matrix in the trabecular meshwork is important in its pathology. Here, we report the effects of Rho-associated kinase (ROCK) and

High-Resolution, Adaptive Optics Imaging of the Human Trabecular Meshwork In Vivo
Purpose To image the human trabecular meshwork (TM) in vivo using adaptive optics gonioscopy (AOG) with approximately 2-μm lateral resolution. Methods An existing Indiana University adaptive optics scanning laser ophthalmoscope was altered by adding a 12-
