ABSTRACT Plant‐fungus‐virus tripartite interactions represent complex ecological systems in which mutualistic endophytes can influence host physiology, yet the molecular basis of endophyte‐mediated defence remains poorly understood. Here, we demonstrate that the endophytic fungus Penicillium pinophilum EU0013 suppresses the yellow strain of cucumber ...

Tripartite Motif (TRIM) 12c, a Mouse Homolog of TRIM5, Is a Ubiquitin Ligase That Stimulates Type I IFN and NF-κB Pathways along with TNFR-Associated Factor 6 [PDF]
Abstract Tripartite motif (TRIM) protein TRIM5 of the primate species restricts replication of HIV and other retroviruses. Whereas primates have a single TRIM5 gene, the corresponding locus in the mouse has expanded during evolution, now containing more than eight related genes.

Insights into the protein domains of C-VI TRIM subfamily in viral infection
Tripartite motif (TRIM) proteins, defined by their conserved RBCC domain architecture, play key roles in various cellular processes and virus-host interactions.

On the Naturalistic Grounds of Grounding
ABSTRACT This paper examines whether grounding can be naturalized. We adopt a tripartite framework—Ocat (scientific catalogue of existents), Otyp (ontological types), and metaphysics (natures/modal profiles)—and show that classifying as such the relata of putative grounding claims forces a dilemma.

Intentionalism, anti‐Intentionalism and conversational interaction
Abstract Proponents as well as opponents of modeling aesthetic interpretation on conversation tend to assume that this implies that the author's intention constitutes the meaning of her work and that the aim of interpretation consists in recovering it.

Abstract figure legend Schematic outlining the impact of NSAID ingestion on resistance exercise training‐induced changes in muscle morphology, function and gene networks relative to placebo ingestion in trained males. Abstract Non‐steroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are widely overused in sports.

Summary Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) are widespread plant symbionts that enhance nutrient acquisition and influence ecosystem productivity. Previous chromosome‐level assemblies of the model species Rhizophagus irregularis revealed a two‐compartment genome architecture (active A and repressed B chromatin compartments), yet its conservation across ...
