Dual Role of Natural Killer Cells in Early Pregnancy: Immunopathological Implications and Therapeutic Potential in Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion and Recurrent Implantation Failure

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
This article elaborates on the role of NK cells in early pregnancy from multiple perspectives, including molecular mechanisms and therapeutic interventions. It also discusses how NK cell dysfunction contributes to RSA and RIF, aiming to provide insights for future research on NK cell mechanisms and clinical treatment of RSA and RIF.

Phosphatidic acid induces cytoskeletal rearrangements through the Src‐FAK‐RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway during decidualization

open access: yesThe FEBS Journal, EarlyView.
Decidualization is the process by which human endometrial stromal cells undergo morphological and functional changes to prepare the uterus for embryo implantation and support pregnancy. Our study identifies the phosphatidic acid‐Src‐FAK‐RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway as a critical regulator of the cytoskeletal alterations required for this transformation.

Palmitoleate protects against lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammation and inflammasome activity

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research
Inflammation is part of natural immune defense mechanism against any form of infection or injury. However, prolonged inflammation could perturb cell homeostasis and contribute to the development of metabolic and inflammatory diseases, including maternal ...
