Patient‐Derived 3D‐Bioprinted Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma Models Recapitulate Tumor Autologous Traits and Predict Personalized Adjuvant Therapy

We have developed a Pd‐catalyzed oxidative cyclopropanation of 1,n‐enynes employing cyclic diacyl peroxides as bifunctional reagents that serve as both tether‐tunable oxidants and spatially controlled dicarboxylate anions. CRISPR/Cas9‐Based Vanadium MXene‐Free Radical Spatiotemporally Controlled Nanoreactor for Photothermal‐Induced Multi‐Effect Synergistic Antitumor Therapy

In this study, a MXene‐based V4C3 nanoplatform, VARH, was constructed, which achieved a photothermal conversion efficiency of 44.21% in the NIR‐II window. This platform integrated photothermal therapy, chemodynamic therapy, and thermodynamic therapy with CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated heat shock protein 90 knock‐out technology.

PIK3CA Mutations Downregulate PPT1 to Promote Adipogenesis by Suppressing P300 Depalmitoylation and Phase Separation

This study demonstrates that somatic PIK3CA mutations suppress PPT1 expression via activation of the PI3K–AKT–c‐JUN axis. This reduction in PPT1 weakens its interaction with P300, thereby increasing palmitoylation at C1176 of P300 and protecting P300 from lysosomal degradation.
