Optical Photometry of the Type Ia SN 1999ee and the Type Ib/c SN 1999ex in IC 5179 [PDF]
We present UBVRIz lightcurves of the Type Ia SN 1999ee and the Type Ib/c SN 1999ex, both located in the galaxy IC 5179. SN 1999ee has an extremely well sampled lightcurve spanning from 10 days before Bmax through 53 days after peak.

Direct Analysis of Spectra of the Type Ic Supernova SN 1994I [PDF]
Synthetic spectra generated with the parameterized supernova synthetic-spectrum code SYNOW are compared to observed photospheric-phase spectra of the Type Ic supernova 1994I. The observed optical spectra can be well matched by synthetic spectra that are based on the assumption of spherical symmetry.

By comparing relative rates of supernovae versus formation rates of single radio pulsars, recycled pulsars, binary pulsars and X-ray binaries we put strong limits on the progenitors of radio pulsars and on the requirement of an asymmetry in the supernova.
