This paper proposes a robust framework for 2D DoA estimation and tracking in RIS‐assisted vehicular sensing under sparse observations. A low‐rank regularisation stage stabilises covariance estimation, followed by beamspace‐based DoA extraction and an adaptive VFN‐RLS tracker for dynamic vehicle tracking.
