Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

Physicians can achieve full vaccination at each of the recommended visits by administering three or four injections, but for infants, four injections seem to be a maximum in light of the size of the infant thigh, which is the preferred injection site. Thus, physicians must make room for all of the new vaccines on the horizon.
