Abstract Hamstring tendon autografts remain a popular choice for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction due to their favorable biomechanical properties and reduced donor‐site morbidity; however, delayed tendon‐to–bone integration and tunnel widening continue to limit outcomes when compared with bone–patellar tendon–bone grafts.

ABSTRACT A 58‐year‐old man with diabetes, end‐stage renal disease, and severe peripheral arterial disease had a chronic ischemic foot ulcer refractory to one year of conventional therapy. Injectable collagen‐based regenerative therapy produced complete epithelialization within three months and durable limb salvage, even after a thermally induced ...

ABSTRACT Pan‐drug resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae is a major therapeutic challenge, particularly when standard last‐line agents are unavailable or contraindicated. We report a 45‐year‐old man with multifocal osteomyelitis and persistent purulent wound discharge despite broad‐spectrum antibiotics, repeated debridement, and two sequential amputations ...

Disseminated Chronic Tophaceous Gout With Multi‐Tissue Involvement
ABSTRACT Gout is a metabolic condition in which hyperuricaemia leads to deposition of monosodium urate (MSU) crystals in synovial and peri‐articular tissues. (1) Acutely, synovial deposition causes a painful inflammatory reaction. Over time, chronic hyperuricaemia can lead to deposition of uric acid crystals in alternate tissues, with granulomatous ...

A green chiral HPLC method was developed and validated for the determination of lumefantrine enantiomers. The method employs ethanol as a mobile phase as a sustainable and efficient alternative to hexane. The chiral recognition mechanism and elution order of the enantiomers were investigated using electronic circular dichroism and molecular docking ...
