ABSTRACT Introduction Belzutifan is effective in patients with previously treated advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma. However, evidence for its use in non‐clear cell renal cell carcinoma remains limited. Case Presentation A 33‐year‐old Japanese woman underwent total nephrectomy for a 10‐cm renal tumor with lung metastases.

Objective: The process of arteriogenesis is driven by various growth factors including vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-A, which mediates its activity through VEGFR-2 (Flk-1/KDR) on endothelial cells and through VEGFR-1 (Flt-1) on endothelial ...

ABSTRACT Introduction Lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab is a standard first‐line therapy for advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC), and acute acalculous cholecystitis is a rare adverse event. Case Presentation A 60‐year‐old woman with metastatic TFE3‐positive non–clear cell RCC, classified as poor risk by the International Metastatic RCC Database Consortium (

Constitutive expression of VEGF, VEGFR-1, and VEGFR-2 in normal eyes.
The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its high-affinity receptors VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 was investigated in normal eyes.Monkey and rat eyes were surgically removed in animals under deep anesthesia and immediately prepared for study.

VEGFR-2 and VEGFR-3 Expression as a Function of Jagged-1 Over-Expression in HUVEC Cells
Angiogenesis is the sprouting of new blood vessels from pre-existing vessels initiated from vascular endothelial cells in response to exogenous chemical signals.

RNA Modifications in Tumor Microenvironment: A New Dimension for Cancer Treatment
Tumor initiation and progression depend on a supportive and highly heterogeneous tumor microenvironment (TME). RNA modifications regulate signaling pathways and cytokine networks that shape TME dynamics, facilitating interactions between cancer cells and noncancerous stromal cells, and ultimately promoting immune evasion and tumor progression ...

Immunolocalization of VEGF, VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 in lung tissues after acute hemorrhage in rats
In treatment of hypovolemia it is important to reestablish normal tissue hemodynamics after fluid resuscitation. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and VEGF receptors (VEGFR) have been identified as important in many physiological and pathological,
