Screening anti-human VEGFR-1 and anti-human VEGFR-2 antibodies for immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry applications [PDF]
Vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGFs) and their receptors (VEGFR) are important targets to study different types of cancers and the antibodies which detect these antigens are in high demand.

The synthesized naringenin‐benzyl piperazine derivatives 3b, 3f, and 3g exhibited potent antiproliferative and cytotoxic activities on breast tumors (MCF7 (ER‐α+), SK‐Br, MDA‐MB‐231) and ovarian cancer cells (NIH‐OVCAR‐3, and SKOV‐3). 3f was found to have the highest apoptotic effect among the other derivatives.

Elucidating the molecular pharmacology of VEGFR-1 using NanoBRET
Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptors 1 and 2 (VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2) are tyrosine kinase receptors that regulate angiogenesis through VEGF binding. Although VEGF-A strongly drives pro-angiogenic responses through VEGFR-2, initial binding studies in

Mechanistic Pathways of Wound Healing: From Hemostasis to Scar‐Free Regeneration
ABSTRACT Wound healing is the critical process regulated through a harmonious coordination of cellular, molecular, pathological, and systemic communications. Normally, healing occurs in four overlapping phases, which are modified and controlled by various growth factor interactions and signaling pathways.
